The focus on these programs were prototype development and site-specific brand image adaptations to non-prototype conversions, which was one niche ability of poole+drennan design studio.Īs a Client Manager with Gerdes Henrichson & Associates since 2010, Eric added to his previous project/team management experience working directly with Clients and budgeting programs with office support and schedules. ![]() During Eric’s 18 years of architectural experience, he has worked on a variety of project types including in-line restaurant, ground-up restaurant, big-box retail, entitlement studies, prototype development & accessibility consulting as a once Registered Accessibility Specialist in the State of Texas.ĭuring Eric’s time at Poole + Drennan Design Studio, he worked on projects such as TGI Friday’s, Jack in the Box Corporate & Franchisee Community, and Twin Peaks Brands. Prior to this, Eric worked as a Client Manager completing projects around the country for nationwide restaurant brands. Previously, Eric was a P+D Associate with the firm Poole + Drennan Design Studio for 3 years, where he was responsible for managing a team working on a variety of architectural remodel projects. Eric Peña is a founding partner at 4TWELVE Architecture beginning in April of 2018.
